Job summary

PT Delta Giri Wacana, Tbk. is seeking an Engineering Manager or Project Manager in Indonesia to lead end-to-end engineering projects from planning through handover.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality, and coordinate vendors and contractors while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires a strong PM background, experience in facilities and utilities, and a track record of delivering complex projects in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Engineering Manager or Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, utility, and automation systems.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strong financial/cost analysis skills with the ability to implement cost-saving strategies.
• Experience in managing engineering projects, vendors, and contractors is preferred.

• Drive continuous improvement of facilities, infrastructure, utilities, and engineering support to support business operations.
