Job summary

PT JGC Indonesia is seeking an Experienced Project Security Specialist to lead and manage project-wide security programs for a major EPC project. The role oversees security risk management across construction sites, camps, offices, logistics, and marine facilities, ensuring compliance with company standards, VPSHR, IFC PS4, and applicable security regulations.

You will work with project management, HSE teams, security contractors, and authorities to safeguard personnel, assets, and operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Security Management experience in Oil & Gas, LNG, Mining, or Critical Infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience in: PTK-049 implementation, Security Risk Assessment (SRA), Security Management Plan (SMP) development and implementation, Emergency Response and Crisis Management, Security Incident Investigation, ISPS Code implementation and compliance, IOGP Report 555 Security Risk Assessment, Stakeholder, Government, and Security Force coordination.

Qualification

• Demonstrated experience in:
  • PTK-049 implementation
  • Security Risk Assessment (SRA)

• Experience working on LNG, Offshore, Marine, Port, or Major Infrastructure projects

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with government authorities, security agencies, and local stakeholders.
• Capable of managing security risks in dynamic operational environments.
  Fluent in english both oral and writen
