Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Indonesia is seeking a Project Engineer to coordinate and develop organic capital project plans for factories and packages, overseeing schedule, scope, budget and quality.

Based at Karawang and Pasuruan plants, you will lead project execution, support SEA CAPEX planning and contribute to the 5-year CAPEX master plan.

Requirements include a engineering degree, 3+ years CAPEX experience, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering.
• Over 3 years of CAPEX project experience.
• Experience in project management and supply chain operations.
• Fluent English required as working language.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop organic capital project plan for factories and packages.
• Monitor schedule, scope, budget, and quality with post-mortem reviews.
• Organize routine project financial and status reports.
• Lead factory project execution including budget, schedule, scope and quality management.
• Coordinate financial business case analyses to justify spending and payback.
• Coordinate capacity and utilization analysis for all factory production lines.
• Support KHMS engineering section implementation for SEA factories.
• Support development of the 5-year strategic CAPEX master plan for SEA factories.

About the Role:

Project Engineer role coordinating and developing organic capital project plans for factories and packages, with responsibility for monitoring performance including schedule, scope, budget, and quality of execution. The role involves leading factory project execution and supporting strategic CAPEX planning for SEA factories with investment scales of 20-40 million dollars.

• Karawang Plant
• Pasuruan Plant

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and develop organic capital project plan for factories and packages
• Monitor performance of organic capital projects including schedule, scope of work, budget, and quality of execution, with post-mortem review for completed projects
• Organize routine project financial and status reports
• Lead located factory project execution, including budget, schedule, scope and quality management
• Coordinate financial business case analysis to justify spending necessity and payback
• Coordinate capacity and practical utilization analysis for all factory production lines
• Support KHMS engineering section implementation for SEA factories
• Support development of the 5-year strategic CAPEX master plan for SEA factories

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering
• Over 3 years working experience
• Experience of managing CAPEX projects
• Familiar with project management and supply chain operation
