Job summary

PT. Heinz ABC Indonesia is seeking a Project Engineer to coordinate and develop organic capital project plans for factories and packages, with responsibility for monitoring performance including schedule, scope, budget, and quality of execution.

You will lead located factory project execution, support strategic CAPEX planning for SEA factories with investment scales of 20-40 million dollars, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, within-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering.
• Over 3 years working experience.
• Experience of managing CAPEX projects.
• Familiar with project management and supply chain operation.
• Fluent in English as working language.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop organic capital project plan for factories and packages.
• Monitor performance of organic capital projects including schedule, scope of work, budget, and quality of execution, with post-mortem review for completed projects.
• Organize routine project financial and status reports.
• Lead located factory project execution, including budget, schedule and quality management.
• Coordinate financial business case analysis to justify spending necessity and payback.
• Coordinate capacity and practical utilization analysis for all factory production lines.
• Support KHMS engineering section implementation for SEA factories.
• Support development of the 5-year strategic CAPEX master plan for SEA factories.
