Ennovi Group seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to support NPI, process validation, and ramp-up at the Batam plant. You will design, implement, and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality against targets.

You will collaborate with Process Engineering, Production, Quality, Planning, Tooling, and Maintenance teams, coordinate trials and validation builds, and drive on-time project delivery while aligning with APQP and customer requirements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, project engineering, or NPI.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, process validation, APQP, and production launch activities.
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills; capable of working cross-functionally.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD is a plus.

Position Overview

To support project execution and industrialization activities within the manufacturing plant, ensuring successful implementation of new products, engineering changes, capacity expansion, and production readiness while meeting quality, cost, and delivery targets

The Manufacturing Engineer in New Jersey is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality. This person will be analyzing production data, managing production schedules, and developing new technologies. They will also ensure that products are manufactured effectively and meet quality standards. The Manufacturing Engineer will collaborate with their team and demonstrate ENNOVI’s values of accountability, teamwork, and integrity.

Main Responsibilities

• Support new product introduction (NPI) and project implementation activities at the plant.
• Coordinate project activities with Process Engineering, Production, Quality, Planning, Tooling, and Maintenance teams.
• Support project timelines, action tracking, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
• Coordinate engineering trials, pilot runs, validation builds, and production ramp-up activities.
• Support implementation of engineering changes and customer requirements.
• Monitor project risks and drive timely closure of action items.
• Prepare project progress reports and support management reviews.
• Work closely with the Singapore Project Team for overseas customer projects and provide plant execution updates.
• Provide direct project support for local customers.
• Support cost reduction, productivity improvement, and capacity expansion initiatives.
• Ensure project activities comply with internal procedures and customer requirements.

Job Requirements & Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, project engineering, or NPI.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, process validation, APQP, and production launch activities.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Auto-cad proficiency will be an add on advantage
• Great attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
