Job summary

Ennovi Integrated Engineering Services Batam is seeking a qualified engineer to enhance production processes, support NPI, and drive efficiency in manufacturing operations.

The role involves preparing process documents, qualifying equipment, and collaborating across departments to implement improvements. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify issues affecting productivity and quality in operating systems.
• Support serial production on technical issues and process changes.
• Assist New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
• Prepare process documents and work instructions (FMEA, Process Flow, etc.).
• Qualify machines, jigs/fixtures and processes.
• Support productivity, quality and rework reduction initiatives.
• Contribute to automation integration projects (AOI, IE/IA).
• Assist NJI requirements in production design changes.

Job Description & Responsibilities :

To assist and identify problems in any operating system affecting productivity and quality.

Support serial production on technical issue, problem solving (ex: internal/external claims) or change of process.

Support New Product Introduction (NPI)

Prepared process document and work instruction.(Eg. FMEA, Pkg. Standard, Process Flow Chart, SPI, OI & Etc).

Machine, Jig/Fixture and process qualification.

Support operation on productivity, quality and rework needs.

Automation integration. (AOI, IE/IA project activity & Etc).

Assist Project/Design Dept. on any NJI requirement(New model/Product Design Change) in production process.

Develops process improvements to effectively utilize equipment.

To perform evaluations related to stamping/secondary process and analyze data in any productivity/quality improvement.

To organize and support in stamping and secondary processes improvement activities(Eg. Kaizen project, SGA & Etc).

Support on other assigned activities.

Requirements :

Have at least 5 Years of experiences in the same field.

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or relevant fields.

Proven experiences about implementation of basic concepts of production management.

Proficient with MS Office suite – advanced skills with MS Excel & SAP.

Good communication skill, analytical thinking, problem solving.
