Job summary

Ennovi is seeking an accounting professional to manage complete set accounting tasks and support financial closing activities. The role involves preparing journal entries, coordinating audits, and ensuring timely tax documentation while maintaining strong collaboration with auditors and authorities.

The candidate will work in a dynamic setting, contribute to cash flow forecasting, and assist in government reporting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Diploma or degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of full set accounting experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, organized and positive working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries accurately and timely in the accounting system.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare required documents and schedules for tax audits and tax authority inquiries.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and tax authorities.
• Assist in uploading CER and Asset Disposal/Transfer to Iconnect system.
• Assist in submitting government reports (PPJ, PPBJ, SINAS, LKPM, SIMODIS).
• Prepare Cashflow forecast.
