Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking a proactive professional to identify and monitor new project opportunities with clients and to coordinate tender submissions. You will nurture client relationships, manage project data, and collaborate with engineering and procurement to craft competitive proposals.

Responsibilities include site visits, bid support, market research, and ensuring compliance with Integrated Management System requirements across the department.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project development, business development, tender management, construction, or related field.
• Familiar with tender processes, project administration, and technical documentation.
• Able to read engineering drawings and technical specifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor new project opportunities from existing and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while managing the company and project database.
• Prepare company profiles, pre-qualification documents, and complete tender submissions, including administrative, technical, and commercial documents.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and other internal teams to develop competitive project proposals.
• Participate in site visits, pre-bid meetings, tender clarification sessions, bidding, and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor tender progress, maintain project documentation, and prepare periodic reports.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development initiatives.
• Ensure implementation of an Integrated Management System and adhere to its requirements.
