Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in Software/Application Development.
• 3–5 years of experience leading Software Development teams.
• Strong understanding of Software Architecture, API, Microservices, Database, System Integration, Cloud/Container, and Security.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, DevOps/DevSecOps.
• Experience in managing software delivery and working closely with PMO.
• Proven experience in recruitment, coaching, career development, performance management, and KPI setting.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Software Development team to ensure project delivery meets quality, scope, and timeline targets.
