Job summary

forestown seeks a Senior Delivery Lead to own the implementation and delivery of AI products for clients in Indonesia. You will drive requirement confirmation, deployment, testing, go-live and acceptance to ensure timelines and quality.

You will develop project plans, manage scope and risks, coordinating with PM, product, engineering and China teams to resolve issues and drive closure. Proficient Indonesian and English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above required.
• Minimum 4 years delivering enterprise software or AI products.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple full-cycle projects from initiation to go-live.
• Strong project management, execution and cross-team coordination.
• Solid technical aptitude: AI business contexts, data prep, performance validation & acceptance.
• Working proficiency in Indonesian and English for meetings, communications & docs; Chinese language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation and delivery of AI products for Indonesian clients, including requirements, deployment, testing, go-live and acceptance.

• Manage scope, changes and risks; coordinate with PM, product, engineering and China teams to resolve issues.
• Conduct product training, onboarding support, and post-sales follow-up to improve adoption and outcomes.
• Maintain client relationships after handover, monitor adoption and renewal risk; manage account health.
• Build local delivery best practices and contribute to service improvement.

1. Own the implementation and delivery of the company's AI products and solutions for clients in Indonesia; drive requirement confirmation, solution deployment, testing, go-live and project acceptance to ensure timeline and quality;

2. Develop and maintain project plans, implementation plans and delivery documentation;

3. Manage project scope, requirement changes and risks; coordinate with PM, product, engineering and algorithm teams based in China to resolve issues and drive closure;

4. Conduct product training, onboarding support and after-sales follow-up; remove adoption barriers and improve product utilization and business outcomes;

5. Sustain client relationships after handover, monitor product adoption and client satisfaction; own customer success activities, renewal risk identification and long-term account management;

6. Build local delivery and service best practices.

1. Bachelor's degree or above;

2. Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise software, AI products or related technical service projects;

3. Proven track record of independently delivering multiple full-cycle projects from initiation to go-live and acceptance;

4. Strong project management, execution and cross-team coordination; able to propose actionable solutions under limited resources or ambiguous requirements;

5. Solid technical aptitude: able to comprehend AI business scenarios, data preparation, performance validation and acceptance criteria;

6. Working proficiency in both Indonesian and English for client meetings, project communications and documentation; demonstrated cross-cultural collaboration.

• Certifications such as PMP or CCSM (Customer Success).
