Job description

You run production for our design team and make sure the work matches the brief and is on time.

Key responsibilities

• Plan each designer's day and assign tasks by their skills
• Estimate how many hours each task needs and plan the work to meet the deadline
• Check finished work against the brief, copy, brand and specs before it goes out
• Sort out clashing deadlines and changing priorities, and warn the Account Manager early when a date is at risk
• Cover a teammate's accounts when needed

3+ years coordinating design or creative production at an agency (as a project, traffic or production coordinator)

Strong at both scheduling a team and checking work for errors
