You will bridge clients and internal teams, translate briefs into actionable tasks, and ensure outputs meet quality standards in a fast-paced creative environment.

• Manage multiple creative projects from briefing, production, revision, until final delivery.
• Translate client briefs into clear tasks, timelines, and priorities for the internal team.
• Coordinate with Social Media, Creative, Design, Content Production, and other related teams.
• Monitor project timelines, deadlines, workload, and deliverables.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients.
• Lead internal project coordination and follow up on project progress.
• Anticipate potential issues and provide solutions before they affect project delivery.
• Ensure every output meets the client's brief and Immature Studio's quality standards.
• Maintain project documentation, task tracking, and regular project reports.

n Immature Studio is looking for a Project Manager who can keep creative projects moving, teams aligned, and clients confident throughout the process.As a Project Manager, you will become the bridge between our clients and internal creative team, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on brief, and at the expected quality standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple creative projects from briefing, production, revision, until final delivery
• Translate client briefs into clear tasks, timelines, and priorities for the internal team
• Coordinate with Social Media, Creative, Design, Content Production, and other related teams
• Monitor project timelines, deadlines, workload, and deliverables
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients
• Lead internal project coordination and follow up on project progress
• Anticipate potential issues and provide solutions before they affect project delivery
• Ensure every output meets the client's brief and Immature Studio's quality standards
• Maintain project documentation, task tracking, and regular project reports
