Job summary

PT. Quadran Empat Persada in Bandung, Indonesia is seeking a Project Coordinator to organize project preparation, manage administration systems, and coordinate resources to drive project execution from start to finish.

You will ensure readiness, monitor timelines, and facilitate cross-team communication with clients. This role requires coordinating manpower, equipment, materials, and licensing, while maintaining accurate progress reporting and documentation to meet project targets.

Responsibilities

• Organize project preparation and understand S-Curve creation and monitoring to measure work progress
• Manage SACME administration and TP administration systems according to project needs
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, material, and project resource requirements
• Ensure project site readiness, including access and work support needs
• Coordinate project licensing procedures in accordance with applicable regulations
• Develop and monitor project timeline to ensure work proceeds according to schedule
• Coordinate project implementation from preparation, implementation, to completion stages
• Monitor work progress, identify field constraints, and coordinate follow-up actions to achieve project targets
• Prepare and update progress reports, work documentation, administration, and project completion evidence
• Coordinate communication with internal company teams, field teams, and clients regarding project developments and requirements
