Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience in project coordination or administration.
• Bachelor's degree in IT-related field.
• Experience with basic SQL queries.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of PM methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and familiarity with sprint.
• Proficiency in JIRA; familiarity with Google Workspace and Google Sheets formulas.
• Knowledge in BI tools such as Tableau & Google Looker and data tech & platform tools such as Oracle is a plus.
• Understanding of banking & financial industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project Distribution: Identify scope and timeline before distributing to related teams.
• Project Support: Track projects from initiation to closure.
• Timeline & Task Tracking: Maintain schedules, status, roadmaps using JIRA and Google Sheets; provide daily/weekly updates.
• Meeting Facilitation: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and track actions.
• Stakeholder Communication: Be point of contact for routine updates, communicating progress, risks, blockers.
• Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, status reports, and resource trackers.
