PT Profindo Karya Utama, established in 2011, specializes in interior design and office fit-out projects. We seek a Project Administrator with at least 1 year as an estimator or fresh graduates to assist quantity calculations for civil, interior, furniture, and MEP works.

Proficiency in MS Office and CAD tools is preferred, with strong communication and analytical abilities. The role involves supplier coordination, bid document coordination, and teamwork to deliver accurate tender packages.

Qualificações

• Experience as Estimator at least 1 year; fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Calculating the required quantity civil interior/furniture & MEP works based on layout and 3D.
• Establishing relationships with suppliers/vendors to get updated material specifications.
• Coordinate all activities with the team related to the technical tender document.

S1 Arsitektur, Interior Design, Civil Engineering.

Experiences as Estimator at least 1 year, fresh graduate are welcome.

Proficient skills with Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Proficiency in using AutoCad & SketchUp.

Great communication and relationship building skills.

Exceptional analytical skills.

Able to write & speak in English is preferred.
