Responsibilities

• Update parents with latest information about course descriptions, homework, tests, and class lessons.
• Recommend and resell English 1 core and seasonal courses tailored to customer needs to maximize progress and achieve sales targets.
• Observe lessons to understand student achievements and share insights with parents.
• Carry out group, student, and parent management using a CRM system.

• Update parents with the latest information about the course’s description when needed (e.g. lessons discussed in class, homework, test results, etc).
• Recommend and resell English 1 core and seasonal courses tailored to customer needs to maximize learning progress and achieve sales targets.
• Observe lessons to better understand student achievements and share those with their parents.
• Carry out group, student, and parent management operations required using a CRM system.
• Min. D3/Bachelor’s degree. Fresh Graduates are welcome.
• Collaborative, solution-focused, and sales-driven team player.
• Time management skills, able to set priorities, and complete tasks on time with high quality.
