Job summary

PT. Edukasi Mandiri Pratama is seeking a dedicated coordinator to enhance the learning experience at English 1 Center.

You will liaise with classroom teachers and customers/parents to discuss progress and contribute to school sales targets by promoting better student retention. Responsibilities include observing classes, reporting feedback to teachers, coordinating with parents, organizing parent events, processing student payments, and ensuring high student satisfaction while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• University graduate with a Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• Preferable with 1 year experience in Marketing, Sales, service, consulting or education.
• Self-learning and open minded.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral.
• Self motivated, detail oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure.
• Multitasking and good organisation/planning.
• Pleasant personality.

Responsibilities

• Enhance students' learning experience at English 1 Center.
• Maintain close contact with classroom teachers and customers/parents to discuss progress.
• Observe classes to assess student ability and discuss feedback with teachers.
• Check student status and contact parents.
• Coordinate communications among teachers, parents and students to track teaching quality and results.
• Manage students including processing payments, retention sales and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct parent events for course orientation, progress updates and ceremonies.

Job description

Responsible for students' learning experience at English 1 Center. They need to maintain close contact with classroom teacher and customers/parents in order to facilitates communication regarding the students' learning progress and contribute to school sales targets by promoting better students retention

Conduct parents communication events (course orientation, parent teacher conference, achievement ceremony and progress update)

Observe class to know the students ability and discuss the feedback with teachers

Check for students and contact parents

Communicate among course teacher, parents and kids to track the teaching quality and study result. Keep solid relationship with all customers

Manage the students include processing payment, retention sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

University graduate, Diplomate/ Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent

Preferable with experience in Marketing, Sales, service, consulting or education line with 1 year experience

Self-learning

Open minded, excellent interpersonal communication skill both oral and written

Self motivated, detail oriented, flexible, able to work under pressure

Multitasking person, Good organization skill and planning
