Job summary

BINUS University is seeking a Junior Staff to support application testing, installation, and user guidance. The role involves contributing to development projects, coordinating with a Senior System Analyst, and ensuring proper documentation of the software lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or be a 6th-semester Computer Studies student, plus at least one year of related experience and skills in programming tools and data processing.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or University student (6th semester) in Computer Studies.
Minimum 1 year working experience as Junior Staff in related area.
Programming tools and data processing skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct application testing according to user’s requirement.
Handle the overall application installation to user.
Provide user’s guide application for related user.
Ensure the completeness of the overall application development process and its proper documentation.
Be an active programmer to related application development projects, when needed.
Coordinate with Senior System Analyst to monitor the IS application development schedule and ensure timely completion.
Provide technical advice in related project to enhance application performance.
Provide report to direct Supervisor and suggest improvement processes.
Perform activities related to Quality Management System and other tasks as required by Direct Supervisor.

- Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
- Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.
