Job summary

BINUS Group is seeking a junior software support/IS assistant located in Jakarta to assist with application testing, installation, and end-user documentation. The role involves active programming participation and close coordination with a Senior System Analyst to ensure schedules and timely delivery.

The candidate should have at least a Diploma (D3) or be a University student in Computer Studies, with around one year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma Degree (D3) or university student (6th semester) in Computer Studies.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience as Junior Staff in related area.
• Programming tools and data processing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct application testing according to user's requirement.
• Handle the overall application installation to user.
• Provide user's guide application for related user.
• Ensure the completeness of the overall application development process and its proper documentation.
• Be an active programmer to related application development projects, when needed.
• Coordinate with Senior System Analyst to monitor the IS application development schedule.
• Coordinate with Senior System Analyst to ensure timely completion of the overall available application and user's alignment.
• Provide technical advice in related project to enhance application performance.
• Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost).
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.
