Job summary

BINUS University is seeking a proactive Junior IT Staff to support application architecture and IT operations in Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia. You will work with IT architects and stakeholders to translate technical requirements into effective application solutions, while contributing to the continuous improvement of system performance.

Requirements include a minimum of six semesters in Computer Studies and at least one year of related experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 6th semester student in Computer Studies.
Minimum 1 year working experience as Junior Staff in related area.

Responsibilities

Implement application architecture solutions aligned with standards and goals.
Assist in requirements analysis and design of application solutions.
Evaluate and implement new technologies; contribute to prototypes.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and regulatory standards.
Improve application system performance and optimize deployments.
Maintain documentation of system changes and configurations.
Monitor automation of routine tasks in deployment operations.
Collaborate with IT architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
Research emerging industry trends to support architectural decisions.
Contribute to disaster recovery and backup planning with IT Infrastructure team.
Ensure software/hardware compliance with IT standards and report issues.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of application system performance by identifying and implementing optimization strategies.

Assist in the development of disaster recovery plans and backup procedures, working closely with the IT Infrastructure team.
Ensure compliance of software and hardware products with IT standards, reporting any issues to Supervisor as needed.
Contribute to the development of functional specifications for application modifications and system changes.
Support the monitoring and maintenance of application system performance, ensuring alignment with IT standards.
Participate in training programs and workshops to develop expertise in application architecture and related domains.
Management Support Activities:
- Provide Report to direct Supervisor
- Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
- Perform activities related to Quality Management System
- Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
