Job summary

Asian Species Action Partnership invites an organized, community-focused individual to support the NOW initiative, including leadership programmes and alumnae networks across Southeast Asia. You will ensure engaging participant experiences, smooth operations, and strong communications.

The role centers on building connections, supporting programme delivery and evaluation, and fostering an inclusive, respectful community culture among women leaders in conservation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant subject.
• 6+ years of programme coordination or network management experience.
• Strong relationship-building and project management skills.
• Excellent communication; ability to work in a women-only leadership environment.
• Experience administering or coordinating training programmes desirable.
• Written and verbal fluency in English.
• Experience using digital collaboration platforms (e.g., Squarespace, CRM) and online learning portals would be advantageous.
• Facilitation skills desirable.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Community building and participant support: foster an inclusive participant community and manage ongoing communication and relationships.
• Programme coordination: handle logistics, scheduling, systems, content development and delivery of activities.
• Communications: support internal/external communications including web portal and newsletters.
• Team collaboration: assist planning, evaluations, analyze feedback, and report on insights.
