Job summary

Puskapa is seeking a Project Officer for Nature-based Solutions to lead NbS activity delivery across multiple provinces and coordinate with university partners and the I-CAN team. The role requires strong field management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement in Indonesia.

You will work with the Field Director and local partners to execute NbS activities, monitor progress, and report outcomes while maintaining gender equality and social inclusion in all actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience on complex international development projects.
• Experience managing contractors/partners and reviewing proposals.
• Experience collaborating with Indonesian universities and government agencies.
• Experience applying financial policies and procedures of an international org or university.
• Proven ability to build professional relationships with government, universities, and communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead NbS activity delivery across multiple provinces.
• Identify risks and propose solutions, escalating when needed.
• Coordinate with IPB and I-CAN leads on applied research and capacity building.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with partners, service providers, contractors.
• Ensure gender equality and social inclusion across NbS activities.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual progress reporting.
