Job summary

Pt Fore Kopi Indonesia Tbk is seeking a Remote Training & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and manage comprehensive training programs for their cleaning and sanitation workforce across Indonesia. This is a fully remote role requiring the ability to engage distributed teams and create curricula, online and offline materials, and virtual sessions that enhance skills and promote safety.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in training design and delivery, with strong instructional design

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Adult Learning, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in training design and delivery, with remote/virtual focus.
Experience or strong understanding of cleaning, sanitation, or facilities management is desirable.
Proficiency in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent virtual facilitation skills and experience with e-learning platforms/tools (Zoom, Teams, Articulate Storyline, Moodle).
Strong content creation abilities (written, visual, multimedia).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging training programs and materials for new hires and existing staff in cleaning and sanitation services.
Create diverse training content including e-learning modules, presentations, guides, and hands-on exercises.
Deliver virtual training sessions and workshops to distributed audiences.
Assess training effectiveness via feedback, assessments, and metrics.
Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to inform training content.
Collaborate with Operations and Quality Control to identify training needs.
Manage training calendar, logistics, and participant registration for virtual sessions.
Maintain training records and ensure compliance with certification requirements.
Continuously evaluate and improve training methodologies and content.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
