Job summary

CHAI Indonesia is seeking a Program Manager for Triple Elimination (TE) to lead design, delivery, and learning across TE workstreams. You will coordinate with the Ministry of Health, district offices, partners, and donors to ensure evidence, tools, and government ownership drive domestic scale-up.

The role requires independent strategic judgment, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage budgets and complex M&E frameworks while traveling regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in public health, health policy, medicine, nursing, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree with substantial relevant experience may be considered.
• Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Experience managing health programs with government counterparts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead program leadership and delivery across all TE workstreams.
• Coordinate with MoH, district offices, partners, and donors
• Develop budgets, M&E framework, and implementation plans
• Integrate TE activities with CHAI's MNCH platforms and ensure alignment with regulations.

Education

Master's degree in public health, health policy, medicine, nursing, or related field

Bachelor's degree with significantly more experience may be considered
