Job summary

BINUS University is seeking a dynamic professional to drive pre-, during, and post-project activities for corporate training programs. You will identify prospective industries, plan project scopes with customers, and coordinate training delivery while ensuring timely invoicing and budget analysis.

The role requires at least 2 years in a client-facing sales or marketing capacity, with strong networking across industries and the ability to discuss customized agreements with Legal and Finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience.
• Sales or marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Approach future clients according to selected prospective industries.
• Discuss and confirm with customers to plan related projects, from training plan programs and module to executions.
• Arrange and maintain the flow of support requests for projects.
• Discuss customized agreement required in the finalization process.
• Present the material to prospective clients.
• Be the primary point of contact for select customers
• Consult the negotiated project fee with the Program Development Manager
• Consult customize agreement with Corporate Legal department
• Handle various institution agreement related to the project accomplishment (e.g., SIUP, legal operation agreement, anggaran dasar)
• Arrange and calculate invoice and tax payment to client
• Ensure appropriate operational process during training delivery session.
• Analyze budget realization from related projects and calculate further report.
• Develop solutions and services proposals to potential clients.
• Secure projects from new clients.
• Identify new solutions and/or services which can be proposed to existing customers/clients.
• Handle project agreement process in Professional Services (e.g. extension, review, addendum, etc.)
• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Education Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor Degree
