Job summary

3111 UOB Indonesia is inviting graduates to join a 12-month rotation program across corporate functions. You will be rotated to Internal Audit, Risk & Credit, Compliance, Consumer Banking, and Finance, taking on strategic projects with meaningful impact and presenting them to Senior Management.

This program emphasizes building business acumen, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills while you learn how a leading regional bank operates and contribute to shaping key decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with GPA 3.00/4.00, preferred in Accounting, Management, Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology, and Science
• Fresh graduate or having work experience maximum of 2 years
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is preferable

Responsibilities

• Rotations across corporate functions to learn key aspects of the business

Job Description

ComplianceOver these 12 months, you will also be rotated to various segments in corporate function divisions, where you will learn about key aspects of our business. In each rotation, you will be given strategic projects that have significant impact for the bank and present them to our Senior Management.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00/4.00 preferably in Accounting, Management, Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology, and Science
• Fresh graduate or having work experience maximum of 2 years
• Demonstrate the following qualities: good business acumen, analytical thinking, problem solving, good communication / interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in Mandarin is preferable
