Job summary

PT Natural Java Spice seeks a Warehouse Administrator to manage inbound and outbound records, perform stock opname, and prepare stock and production reports. The role requires inputting production data into ERP and monitoring goods movement, with an emphasis on accuracy and timely reporting.

The candidate should have a D3 in Administration/IT, solid Excel and ERP skills, and knowledge of WMS. At least 1 year of warehouse/PPIC admin experience is expected.

Qualifications

• D3 of Administration or IT is required.
• Strong Excel and ERP system understanding is expected.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) is required.
• At least 1 year of warehouse/PPIC admin experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Take record of the incoming and outgoing goods/material
• Conduct stock opname
• Make stock report and production report
• Input production data into the ERP system
