Job summary

PT Cipta Mortar Utama is seeking two Admin Warehouse personnel to support daily stock control and weigh/verify RMP materials. The role includes data input for goods receipts and purchase receipts, and coordinating with security for inbound RMP deliveries.

Responsibilities also cover managing incoming trucks, ensuring RMP meets specifications, and preparing materials for production as planned by PPIC, with teamwork and reliable communication essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of Senior High School / Vocational High School (Open for Diploma / Bachelor's Degree)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) field
• Preference given to candidates with work experience in the warehousing division
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Daily stock control
• RMP weighing and checking
• Data input - Good receipt & Purchase Receipt
• Manage incoming truck (Sand, Limestone, Cement, Fly ash, Additive, Packaging, Pallet etc)
• Ensure incoming RMP following specification with matched quantity
• Prepare material for production as planned by PPIC
• Close coordination with security team for incoming RMP
