A diploma or degree in logistics or related field and 1-3 years in warehouse admin are preferred; proficiency in Excel and inventory

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of warehouse administration or inventory control experience.
• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for finished goods, including incoming, outgoing, and stock movements, using the company's inventory management system.
• Process and verify all warehouse-related documentation, such as delivery orders, shipping manifests, goods receipt notes, and stock transfer forms.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales departments to ensure timely and accurate information exchange regarding finished goods availability and dispatch.
• Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory levels, stock discrepancies, and warehouse activity.
• Prepare and organize physical and digital filing systems for all warehouse documents, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
• Support warehouse team in conducting regular stock counts and reconciliation activities.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any issues related to finished goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized administrative workspace.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
