Job summary

PT ARENA AGRO ANDALAN seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing at our Sweetener Plant in Wonogiri, Central Java. You will lead shift operations, optimize yield and efficiency across refining and processing lines, and enforce strict safety and food safety standards.

You will develop a team of plant technicians and operators to meet production targets while maintaining quality and compliance across all processes.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum S1 (Bachelor’s Degree) in Engineering, specifically Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Biotechnology.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production team leader / Production Supervisor in a food processing plant is preferred.
• Location: Must be willing to be based full-time in Wonogiri, Central Java.

Arena Agro Andalan (AAA) is a food ingredients producer, which specializes in manufacturing high quality tapioca, sago and corn starch. We turn these basic foodstuffs into starch and other derivatives, that has various applications in the food processing and industrial uses.

Founded in 2010, AAA is currently operating a fully-automated starch factory in West Kalimantan. Our second and more advanced factory in Central Java has been commencing its production since 2013. In addition to producing starch, AAA also generating other derivative by-products that include germ meal, fibre feed, and gluten feed meal.
