Job summary

PT ARENA AGRO ANDALAN is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead mechanical, electrical and instrumentation maintenance at our Sweetener Processing Plant. You will drive TPM initiatives and minimize downtime while supervising a skilled technical team.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 2–4 years of relevant experience and hands-on knowledge of rotating equipment, pneumatics, hydraulics, and plant utility systems.

Maintenance Supervisor - Sweetener Plant

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Maintenance Supervisor to lead the mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance activities at our Sweetener Processing Plant. You will play a critical role in ensuring maximum equipment reliability, minimizing unscheduled downtime, and driving our Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (as relevant).

Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience is an advantage.

Technical Skills: Strong hands-on knowledge of rotating equipment (pumps, motors, gearboxes), pneumatics, hydraulics, and utility systems (steam boilers, cooling towers). Excellent troubleshooting skills and a strong mechanical/electrical aptitude

Soft Skills: Highly organized with the leadership capacity to supervise projects from start to finish.

Founded in 2010, AAA is currently operating a fully-automated starch factory in West Kalimantan. Our second and more advanced factory in Central Java has been commencing its production since 2013. In addition to producing starch, AAA also generating other derivative by-products that include germ meal, fibre feed, and gluten feed meal.
