Responsibilities

• 监督并协调日常生产活动，确保按计划、安全、高效、准时完成。
• 合理分配人力、设备、物料及资源，最大化产线产出。
• 监控生产进度、产量、良率和效率，及时解决瓶颈与异常。
• 带领班组日常管理、任务分配与绩效监督。
• 主持生产例会，传达目标、重点及改进措施。

Job description

我们正在寻找一名具有实干精神、高度责任感及结果导向的生产主管，加入公司不断发展的制造团队。生产主管主要负责日常生产运营及生产现场管理，包括生产人员管理、生产进度跟进、人员及资源协调、生产目标达成、品质控制及订单交期管理。

理想候选人应具备优秀的团队领导能力，能够与不同部门进行有效沟通与协调，快速解决生产现场问题，并持续提升生产效率、最大化生产产出、减少生产浪费及成本。同时，需要积极推动精益生产（Lean Manufacturing）、5S及持续改善活动。本职位属于高度现场导向的管理岗位，需要具备良好的领导能力、沟通协调能力、问题解决能力及执行力，并能够适应快速发展的制造企业环境。

Key Responsibilities | 主要职责

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure production plans and targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and on time. 监督并协调日常生产工作，确保生产计划及生产目标安全、高效、按时完成。

Allocate manpower, equipment, materials, and other resources effectively according to production requirements to maximize production output and productivity. 根据生产需求合理安排人员、设备、物料及其他资源，最大化生产产出及人员生产效率。

Monitor production progress, output, productivity, and production efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and take immediate action to resolve production issues.跟进生产进度、产量、人员效率及生产效率，及时识别生产瓶颈，并快速采取措施解决生产异常。

Supervise production operators and team members, assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure work is completed according to established standards.负责生产操作员及生产团队的日常管理、工作安排及绩效监督，确保员工按照既定标准完成工作。

Lead daily production briefings and routine production meetings to communicate targets, priorities, production issues, and improvement actions.主持每日生产早会及定期生产会议，及时传达生产目标、工作重点、异常问题及改善措施。

Ensure employees follow SOPs, work instructions, production standards, safety requirements, and company policies.确保员工遵守SOP、作业指导书、生产标准、安全要求及公司各项规章制度。

Drive Lean Manufacturing practices on the production floor, including 5S, Kaizen, waste reduction, standard work, visual management, and process improvement.推动生产现场精益生产管理，包括5S、Kaizen持续改善、减少浪费、标准作业、目视化管理及流程改善。

Identify and eliminate unnecessary activities, production waste, waiting time, downtime, rework, and other non-value-added activities.识别并减少生产过程中的不必要作业、浪费、等待时间、设备停机、返工及其他非增值活动。

Continuously improve production efficiency, line balance, manpower utilization, equipment utilization, and overall production capacity.持续提升生产效率、生产线平衡、人员利用率、设备利用率及整体生产能力。

Maximize production output while maintaining product quality, safety, and delivery requirements.在确保产品质量、生产安全及交期的前提下，最大化生产产出。

Monitor key production KPIs such as output, productivity, yield, scrap rate, rework, downtime, efficiency, and on-time completion.监督产量、生产效率、良率、报废率、返工率、停机时间、生产效率及准时完成率等关键生产KPI。

Analyze production data and identify opportunities for improvement, providing practical solutions to supervisors and management.分析生产数据，寻找改善机会，并向上级及管理层提出切实可行的改善方案。

Identify production and quality problems, conduct basic root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.识别生产及品质问题，进行基本根因分析，并落实纠正措施，防止问题重复发生。

Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Maintenance, HR, and other departments to resolve issues and maintain smooth production operations.与质量、工程、仓库、供应链、设备维修、人力资源及其他相关部门密切合作，及时解决问题，确保生产顺畅运行。

Maintain effective cross-team communication and ensure important production information is communicated accurately and promptly.建立良好的跨团队沟通机制，确保重要生产信息能够准确、及时地传递。

Coordinate with other departments regarding material shortages, equipment problems, quality issues, production changes, and other operational matters.针对物料短缺、设备异常、品质问题、生产变更及其他运营事项，与相关部门进行有效协调。

Support the implementation and improvement of production SOPs, work instructions, standards, and production control systems.协助建立、执行及持续改善生产SOP、作业指导书、生产标准及生产管理制度。

Job Requirements | 任职要求

Minimum Diploma (D3); Bachelor's degree is preferred.大专（D3）及以上学历，本科优先。

Majors in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Medical Devices, or related fields are preferred.机械工程、工业工程、制造工程、医疗器械或相关专业优先。

Minimum 3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, factory, or shop-floor management.至少3年以上生产、制造、工厂或生产现场管理经验。

Experience in supervising production operators and managing a production team is highly preferred.具有生产人员及生产团队管理经验者优先。

Experience in medical device manufacturing or other regulated manufacturing industries is an advantage.具有医疗器械生产或其他受监管制造行业经验者优先。

Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, continuous improvement, and waste reduction.熟悉精益生产、5S、Kaizen持续改善及生产浪费降低理念。
