Job summary

PT Tribuana Beton Indonesia in Samarinda is seeking a qualified Supervisor Batching Plant to lead the production of concrete and mortar in line with SOPs, specifications, and safety rules.

You will manage Batching Plant Operators and Helpers, coordinate with Sales, Logistics, QC/Lab, Maintenance, and Drivers, and monitor material usage, equipment condition, and 5S practices to ensure timely deliveries and product quality.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as Supervisor Batching Plant or Supervisor Production Ready Mix.
• D3/S1 qualification in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Understanding of batching plant operational flow.
• Willing to be placed in Samarinda.
• Experience in the ready-mix industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise Batching Plant Operators and Helpers following SOPs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, QC/Laboratory, Maintenance, and Driver teams for smooth production and delivery.
• Monitor the availability and consumption of raw materials and report shortages.
• Ensure batching and mixing meet the approved mix design, product specs, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with QC/Lab on quality deviations or production issues.
• Monitor equipment condition and coordinate with Maintenance on breakdowns.
• Implement OHS/K3 requirements and ensure PPE compliance.
• Prepare and submit periodic production reports to management.
• Maintain 5S and proper housekeeping in the batching plant area.
