Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in central kitchen or production.
• Understanding of production flow and raw material handling processes.
• Understanding of sanitation standards, occupational health and safety, and halal assurance systems.
• Understanding of FIFO system and stock opname.
• Good communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and execute daily production plans from PPIC & CK Supervisor.
• Assign tasks and work areas to team members per shift.
• Ensure all processes (raw material receipt, marinating, packing) follow SOP and hygiene standards.
• Monitor temperature control, area cleanliness, and PPE compliance.
• Record and report daily production results, material usage, and field constraints.
