Job summary

PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk is seeking an experienced supervisor in the pharmaceutical production area. You will assist the section manager, organize production tasks, and monitor performance metrics to ensure alignment with CPOB standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pharma/FMCG with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, and strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work in Indonesia (South Cikarang) or Nigeria is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy/Apothecary is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals/FMCG with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Familiar with CPOB, GMP, ISO, and HACCP.
• Strong analytical skills and leadership abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize production tasks per CPOB requirements.
• Evaluate machine capacity based on monthly work plan for shift/overtime needs.
• Monitor man hours for existing and new products.
• Prepare product and machine trial reports.
• Assist section manager in solving production issues.
• Create machine downtime, OEE, and waste monitoring reports.

Job description

The Ideal candidate will be responsible for assist the section Manager especially in the schedule that has been prepared according to applicable procedures and in accordance with the CPOB to attain good quality of products.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize production tasks to run effectively in accordance to CPOB.
• Evaluate machine capacity based on the monthly work plan for the basis of calculating the number of shifts and overtime
• Monitoring the man hour of both existing and new products.
• Monitoring and make product trial & machine trial reports.
• Along with the section manager solving the production problem that occurs during the production process.
• Make machine breakdown, OEE, and waste monitoring report

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree of Pharmacy/ Apothecary
• Min 5 years experience at pharmaceuticals/ FMCG company with 3 year experience at supervisory position.
• Familiar with CPOB, GMP, ISO, and HACCP
• Good Analytical skill
