Job summary

PT Hisamitsu Pharma Indonesia seeks an experienced Assistant Production Manager to oversee daily production at the Sidoarjo facility. You will ensure GMP/CPOB compliance, drive safety, and optimize manufacturing performance.

Responsibilities include leading the production team, planning resources, coordinating with QA/QC/Engineering and other departments, and implementing CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives. A Pharmacist Professional Degree and 5+ years in pharma are required.

• Knowledge of GMP/CPOB/CPAKB and manufacturing processes.
• Willing to be based at Headquarters Factory, Sidoarjo.
• Experience leading production teams and solving deviations.

• Ensure proper implementation and completion of CAPA, change control, and other corrective/improvement actions.
• Promote a culture of quality, compliance, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the production area.

Job description

The role also provides leadership to the production team and drives continuous improvement across production operations.

Strong knowledge of GMP/CPOB/CPAKB and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

Proven experience in leading and managing production teams.

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Proactive, responsible, and committed to quality and continuous improvement.

Willing to be based at Headquarters Factory, Sidoarjo.
