Club Pantai, a Bali-born lifestyle brand, is looking for a production and sourcing lead to bring products from workshop to store shelf. You will work directly with the founders and design team from our office in Pererenan, Bali.

You will manage suppliers and workshops, oversee QA, follow production orders from PO to delivery, develop packaging and materials, and plan restocks with the stock team based on sales data. This is a full-time, on-site role in Bali.

• 4+ years in production, sourcing or product development, ideally with a local brand or a crafts business

Club Pantai is a Bali-born lifestyle brand, "The Cool Gift from Bali". We design all our products in-house: modern souvenir apparel, textiles and accessories, produced with local workshops. We sell them in our 3 stores in Bali and online.

The role

You'll own our products from the workshop to the store shelf, in a dynamic and creative environment. You'll work directly with the founders and our design team, from our office in Pererenan.

• Develop and follow up packaging and store materials
• Plan quantities and restocks with our stock team, based on sales data

You are

• 4+ years in production, sourcing or product development, ideally with a local brand or a crafts business
• Excited to bring a product to life from start to finish, from the first sketch to the store shelf
• Hands-on: you're happy to visit workshops and call suppliers yourself
• Comfortable with Google Workspace, and keen to work with AI tools
• Based in Bali, or ready to move here

Bonus: experience with apparel, textiles, accessories or packaging.

IDR 10 to 20M per month depending on skills, a small creative team where your work has direct impact, and a growing brand. Full-time, office-based in Pererenan, Bali.
