Job summary

United Creative is seeking a mid-level Fashion Product Developer to lead end-to-end apparel and merchandise development from concept through production in Indonesia. You will translate concepts into production-ready tech packs and artwork, driving fabric, trims, color, and construction with vendors while managing samples, fittings, and approvals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Fashion Design or Apparel Product Development.
• Experience leading end-to-end development from concept to production.
• Background in sportswear, casualwear, streetwear, or lifestyle fashion is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, printing, embroidery, fittings, and production processes.
• Ability to develop production-ready technical drawings and tech packs.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant apparel or merchandise development is required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Fashion Design, Apparel Product Development, or a similar role.
• Strong experience handling end-to-end product development from concept to production.
• Relevant background in sportswear, casualwear, streetwear, lifestyle, or retail fashion is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, printing, embroidery, fitting, and production processes.
• Able to develop clear, production-ready technical drawings and tech packs.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance design, quality, cost, and market demand.
• Comfortable working directly with vendors, manufacturers, merchandising, and commercial teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant apparel or merchandise development is required.
