Role Description The Production Planner is a full‑time on‑site role based in Sidoarjo, responsible for coordinating and optimizing daily production activities. This role includes developing and maintaining production schedules, monitoring material availability, and aligning plant capacity with customer orders and delivery commitments. The Production Planner collaborates closely with manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams to resolve bottlenecks, adjust plans, and ensure on‑time completion. Daily tasks involve analyzing production data, updating planning systems, preparing reports, and communicating priorities and changes to relevant stakeholders. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives by identifying efficiency opportunities, minimizing downtime, and helping maintain safety and quality standards on the shop floor.

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Production Planning and developing effective Production Schedules.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Planning abilities for forecasting demand and allocating resources.

• Candidates should possess proficiency with planning tools or ERP software, and basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably in mechanical equipment or related industries.

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in production planning or scheduling is an advantage.
