Job summary

PT Summit Seoyon Automotive Indonesia seeks a Production Planning and Inventory Control Manager to lead demand forecasting, MPS, and material planning for our Indonesian operations, including big injection parts, paint shop and assembly lines.

Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), ISO 19001, 14001 and 45001 is required, along with the ability to coordinate across production, procurement and quality assurance to maintain optimal inventory levels and timely reporting to management.

• Analyze demand forecast and trend order to create MPS (Master Production Schedule)
• Forecasting and ordering of all raw material to supplier
• Controlling production process and production result
• Managing inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Reporting all activity and production plan adherence to management
