Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of PPIC experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

• Proficient in SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, demand planning, inventory management, and material planning.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willing to be based in Mojokerto, East Java.

Bachelor's degree (D3/S1) in any discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC), including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Analyze production plans by calculating demand data, production capacity, delivery planning, warehouse capacity, and other things that have a significant impact to ensure production runs on time and in accordance with demand accurately.
