Job summary

A Japanese manufacturing company that produces electronic components and sub-assemblies is seeking a PPC Staff to support production data management and reporting. The role focuses on maintaining PPC data, preparing reports, and coordinating data updates with production and related departments.

You will compile and manage production-related data, create regular reports in Excel, and ensure data accuracy across PPC processes. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1.5–2 years of PPC or similar production administration experience.
• Experience in automotive or electronics manufacturing.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PivotTables.
• Excellent numerical and data management abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Compile and manage production-related data.
• Prepare regular production reports using Excel.
• Monitor and maintain PPC data.
• Analyse and organise manufacturing data for internal reporting.
• Coordinate data updates with production and related departments.
