PT WANHE GARMENT INDONESIA is seeking an experienced PPC/Production Planning & Control leader to develop and implement production plans aligned with orders, capacity, and material availability. You will monitor scheduling, capacity, and WIP, delivering reports and optimizing processes.
Ideal candidate has 6+ years in PPC with at least 3 years in management, strong Excel/ERP skills, and English fluency. Placement in Boyolali, Central Java is required.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in PPC/Production Planning & Control, preferably in the garment or textile manufacturing industry.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial position.
Strong knowledge of production planning, production scheduling, capacity planning, WIP control, and production monitoring.
Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes and production flow is highly preferred.
Good knowledge of material planning and coordination with Purchasing and Warehouse.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP/MRP systems.
Able to analyze production data and prepare accurate reports.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Good command of English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
Willing to be placed in Boyolali, Central Java.
Develop and implement production plans and schedules based on customer orders, delivery requirements, production capacity, and material availability.
Monitor and control the production planning process from order confirmation through production completion and shipment.
Calculate and analyze production capacity, manpower requirements, machine capacity, and production loading to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules and ensure alignment with production capacity and delivery targets.
Monitor production progress, WIP (Work in Process), output, and achievement against the production plan.
Identify production bottlenecks, capacity gaps, and potential delays, and develop effective recovery plans.
Coordinate closely with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, QA/QC, Merchandising, and other related departments to ensure smooth production flow.
Monitor material availability and ensure all required materials are ready before the scheduled production start date.
Analyze production performance and provide corrective actions when actual output is below the planned target.
Ensure customer orders are completed according to the agreed production schedule and delivery requirements.
Prepare and maintain PPC reports, production planning reports, capacity loading reports, WIP reports, and delivery status reports.
Establish and improve PPC systems, procedures, and monitoring tools to increase production efficiency and on-time delivery.
Lead, supervise, and develop the PPC team to ensure effective execution of production planning and control activities.
Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding production progress, capacity utilization, production risks, and delivery status.
Perform other duties and responsibilities related to Production Planning and Control as assigned by management.
