Job summary

PT Omotesando Indonesia is seeking a PPIC professional to develop daily and weekly production plans for the Central Kitchen, ensuring plans align with forecasts and outlet orders. You will monitor raw materials, lead times, and safety stock, then coordinate distribution to outlets to maintain on-time delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years in PPIC/Inventory Control, strong scheduling, ERP and Excel skills, and knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and shelf life.

Qualifications

Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in PPIC, Production Planning, or Inventory Control in F&B/Central Kitchen/FMCG.
Strong knowledge of production scheduling, lead time analysis, and inventory management.
Proficient in Inventory/ERP systems and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel.
Good understanding of FIFO/FEFO, hygiene, and product shelf life.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail in inventory data.

Responsibilities

Prepare daily and weekly production plans for the Central Kitchen based on forecasts and orders.
Monitor raw material availability, purchasing lead times, and safety stock levels.
Coordinate and manage product distribution from the Central Kitchen to all outlets efficiently and on schedule.
Minimize the risk of overstock and stockouts through effective inventory planning and control.
