Job summary

JAC Recruitment is seeking a PPC Staff for a Japanese manufacturing company in Indonesia. The role focuses on maintaining PPC data, preparing reports in Excel, and coordinating data updates with production and related departments.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or bachelor’s degree with 1.5–2 years in PPC or related fields, and strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and PivotTables. Automotive or electronics manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1.5–2 years of experience in PPC, production control, production administration, or a related role.
• Experience in automotive or electronics manufacturing companies.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to use VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PivotTables, and other Excel functions confidently.
• Good numerical and data management skills.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable handling production data.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Compile and manage production-related data.
• Prepare regular production reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Monitor and maintain PPC data.
• Analyse and organise manufacturing data for internal reporting.
• Coordinate with production and related departments regarding data updates.
• Support other PPC administrative and reporting activities.
