Job summary

PERSEROAN TERBATAS - BADAN SYNERGY OIL NUSANTARA seeks a seasoned Supply Chain Planning Analyst to optimize inventory, plan finished goods, and maintain target stock levels.

You will collaborate with Sales, Procurement and Distribution to meet daily order fill rates, review safety stocks, and expedite exceptions to minimize delays while ensuring a safe and healthy work environment. 6–8 years in FMCG/Pharma/F&B and a Bachelor's in Engineering are required; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Planning in FMCG/Pharma/F&B.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Ability to work with Sales, Procurement and Logistics teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize operations for maximum performance with minimal delays.
• Plan finished goods supply according to target stock levels.
• Review target stock levels and safety stock periodically.
• Communicate changes to Production Team.
• Expedite purchase orders and re-allocate inventory/equipment/manpower as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse and Demand Planner to meet daily order fill rates.
• Ensure inventory plan reflects SKU-level production and service levels.
• Monitor receipts and transfers for timely delivery per inventory plan.
• Manage new program introductions from purchase to receipt.
• Support Sales, Procurement, R&D, Distribution and Logistics; maintain safe work environment.
• Maintain KPIs: Cycle Count Coverage, Inventory Obsolescence, Stock Freshness.

Job description

Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay

Plan the supply of finished goods in accordance with target stock levels

Periodically review target stock levels / optimum safety stocks

Communicate required changes/ resolutions to Production Team

Identify and resolve supply exceptions by expediting purchase orders, re-allocating existing inventory, re-allocating existing equipment, re-allocating existing manpower, and establishing safety stock parameters.

Work closely with the Sales, Warehouse and Demand Planner to ensure target order fill rates are being met for daily customer orders

To ensure that the Inventory Plan adequately reflects SKU level production and corresponding SKU-wise Service Level in the market

Monitor receipts and transfers ensuring timely delivery and availability of product as well as in accordance with our inventory plan

Manage new program introductions from purchase through receipt. Responsible for ensuring the product arrives to meet customer dates and specifications

Support and interact effectively with other core business functions (Sales, Procurement, Research & Development, Distribution and Logistics)

Qualifications

• Requirements 6-8 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Planning within the FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• MBA in Operations is preferred.
