Zusammenfassung

PT. Softex Indonesia is seeking a Production Scheduling/Shopfloor Planning professional to create daily and shift schedules, coordinate shopfloor activities, and ensure materials readiness.

You will drive changeover optimization and monitor execution against plans to minimize downtime and deviations. Ideal applicants have 2-5 years in production scheduling, strong Excel skills, and experience with IFS ERP and APS.

Qualifikationen

• 2-5 years of production scheduling/shopfloor planning experience.
• Detail oriented with calm under pressure and strong operations communication.
• Experience with IFS ERP including MRP, routes and work orders.

Aufgaben

• Schedule and sequence daily/shift production activities to optimize line efficiency.
• Coordinate shopfloor activities, issue work orders, and manage deviations within set windows.
• Ensure materials readiness by checking MRP or inventory exceptions and elevate shortages when needed.
• Optimize changeovers to minimize time and waste across product families.
• Track plan vs. actual performance and report downtime or deviations for replanning.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives including run-rule updates and schedule stability.

• Scheduling & Sequencing: Create daily/shift schedules per line, honoring, changeover matrices, labor, QA, and maintenance windows.
• Shopfloor Coordination: Issue work orders, confirm actuals, manage deviations and re-sequencing within 1 week frozen fence.
• Materials Readiness: Verify component availability (MRP exceptions in IFS); elevate shortages.
• Changeover Optimization: Sequence SKUs to minimize time/waste (size/design/material families).
• Execution & Reporting: Track plan vs actual, downtime reasons, replan frequency; update confirmations accurately.
• Continuous Improvement: Propose run-rule updates (cycle times, changeover standards), support SMED and schedule stability.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's in Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 2-5 years experience in production scheduling/shopfloor planning.
• Proficiency in IFS ERP (MRP, routes, work orders); Strong in Excel and Familiar with APS.
• Detail oriented, calm under pressure, strong communication with operations.
