Key Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing and/or production operations including assembly, machinery, processing, and packaging.
• Set production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, material supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand, ensuring maximum production quantity and quality.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field and more than 10 years of experience in planning roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in ERP/MES systems (SAP preferred), logistics, business processes, and IT tools with the ability to translate process requirements into effective system solutions.
• Customer-oriented with a good understanding of supply chain processes, inventory control, and management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Proactive with the ability to handle operations and lead stakeholder-to-management discussions.
• Extensive experience in planning, manufacturing, coordination, and scheduling production in a manufacturing environment.
