Job summary

Facetology in Jakarta is seeking a Material Planner to run MRP for raw and packaging materials, ensuring material availability for production across facilities.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, and strong knowledge of MRP, inventory management, lead times and ERP/MRP systems, with excellent Excel and communication skills to coordinate with Purchasing and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Material Planner or similar supply chain role.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, inventory management, lead time, and supply planning.

Responsibilities

• Run MRP for raw and packaging materials to ensure material availability for production.
• Monitor material ordering and delivery from suppliers to manufacturing plants or third-party manufacturers (maklon).
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Suppliers, and FG Supply Planner to ensure timely material supply.
• Identify potential supply risks, including material shortages, delivery delays, demand fluctuations, and capacity constraints.
• Develop and implement mitigation plans to minimize supply disruptions.
• Ensure material availability aligns with production requirements and business demand.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Material Planner or in a similar Supply Chain role.
• Strong understanding of Material Requirement Planning (MRP), inventory management, lead time, and supply planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
