Job summary

Pt Rindang Tigasatu Pratama is seeking a proactive Production Engineer to manage onshore oil and gas facilities in Bandar Lampung. You will optimize production, oversee artificial lift systems, and collaborate with field operations, maintenance, and reservoir teams.

The role emphasizes safety, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement, with a hybrid work model combining site visits and office planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in production engineering within the oil and gas industry.
Strong knowledge of artificial lift systems (e.g., ESPs, gas lift) and surface facilities operations.
Experience with production data analysis and optimization software.
Good communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills suitable for a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily production rates, well performance, and facility operations, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions.
Optimize production processes through artificial lift system management, flow assurance, and facility uptime improvements.
Conduct production testing and analysis to evaluate well and field performance.
Troubleshoot operational issues and equipment failures, coordinating maintenance and repair activities.
Develop and implement plans for debottlenecking facilities and improving overall production efficiency.
Ensure all production activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
